Return Window
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Tried on only for size and fit (not worn for extended use)

  • Unwashed and in clean, resellable condition

  • In their original packaging, with tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@mirano.uk with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.
